Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your gear. If something's not right, we'll make it right.

We offer refunds for:

  • Wrong items received (our mistake, not yours)
  • Damaged or defective products (fell apart before you even got to the trailhead)

You've got 30 days from your purchase date to let us know if there's an issue. Just email us at Support@WentAnyway.com and we'll sort it out.

What we can't refund: Look, we get it—sometimes you order a shirt in a moment of wilderness-inspired optimism and then realize it's not quite your thing. We've all been there. But we can only process refunds for the reasons listed above. If you're unsure whether your situation qualifies, reach out anyway. We're humans, we'll talk it through.

A note on "I changed my mind": We're a small operation printing quality gear on demand, which means once it's made, it's made for you. We can't accept returns just because you had second thoughts. But if there's genuinely something wrong with your order, we've got your back.
